How cool! I play the drums myself, so I always love to see photos like this one. I'd prefer the version with the greyish frame. :)

I prefer the first version because the red goes great with the kilt in the background. The kilt is an important detail in this picture, showing which part of the world you've taken the picture in, without drawing attention from the main motive. The shutterspeed is perfect I think.

I loooked at several of your photos, and this one is great. I like really like it. A good crop, and the hand with the drumstick is exelent. This photo can look a bit like some of my 'Røros-photos'. (Two of them are in an exhibition this month). Well, which version do I prefer? I think it's the greyish frame is the best one, so #3 for me.
